According to IONOS, technically necessary access data includes the referrer, requested page or file, browser and version, operating system, device type, access time and an IP address anonymised upon collection. IONOS retains this visitor data for eight weeks. Processing ensures secure and stable operation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Language choice

The necessary cookie portal_language stores only the selected language code for one year. It is not used for advertising or analytics. It provides the language expressly requested and is based on Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG. You can delete it in your browser.

4. Downloads and counters

No account, registration or email is required. Only an anonymous aggregate for each installation or update is incremented. No IP address, timestamp, device identifier or user profile is stored in the counter. Only the total is public.

5. Email contact

Information sent by email is processed to answer the request under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and, for pre-contractual enquiries, Article 6(1)(b). It is deleted when resolved unless legal retention duties apply.

6. PayPal link

PayPal is not embedded. Data is processed by PayPal under its own responsibility only after you follow the external link. See the PayPal-Datenschutzerklärung.

7. No analytics or advertising

The portal uses no proprietary analytics or advertising services, social plugins, personal profiling or automated decision-making.

8. Your rights

Subject to legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Contact the email above. You may also complain to a supervisory authority, in particular the Data Protection Commissioner of Lower Saxony at www.lfd.niedersachsen.de.
